A classic styling rowboat from circa 1940's. Said to be a Peterborough (Canadian) but there is nothing on the boat to indicate a make or brand. The planking is cedar. In fair to moderate condition. Needs a full restoration. Time will tell if it ever gets done.
Lyman boats still have a home in Henderson Harbor
Lyman boats are classic wood (some fiberglass) boats made for the rough waters of the Great Lakes. They still find a home in Henderson Harbor, NY. Cornell's Marina still maintains these beautiful old boats and has several that call the marina home. Pictured is David Cornell returning a Lyman to it's home slip after performing maintenance. Summer 2018.
